Do not submit false scam reports or reports about people you merely disagree with. Reports are moderated and may be removed. Misuse can lead to account suspension.

Premium and Family plans are time-limited passes. Payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe, or approved manually for UPI/bank orders. Refunds follow the policy published by the site owner.

SOS sends alerts using the contacts and family members you configure and depends on your internet connection, device permissions and third-party SMS/email delivery. In a life-threatening emergency always call 112 directly.
